Our Process
We follow a rigorous process for every project we undertake, from initial consultation to final inspection. Our team works closely with our customers to ensure that their vision is realised and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule of works, detailing work flow of the project for you our customers.
- Regular customer updates and discussions through out the project.
- Scheduled payment structure based on work in progress as per the agreement and contract.
The Handover
Our construction manager, our commercial manager and the site foreman will deliver the handover back to you as the customer. During the handover there are 5 main stages.
- Job Completion Review
- Snagging list identified & then fixed.
- 5% retention on the works retained for 3 months.
- Retention review and final snagging identification and fix.
- Handover complete and final retention paid.
